SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The role involves delivering exceptional customer service to individuals seeking information or access to the institution. You will be responsible for welcoming patients, family members, employees, and visitors in a manner that reflects genuine concern, ensuring a positive experience and first impression of the institution. Additionally, you will assist other teams within the organization as time allows.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 6 - 12 months of experience in customer service is necessary.
- Strong communication and computer skills are essential.
- Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, and medical terminology is preferred.
