About the Role

Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled Health Information Management Sr Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Health Information Services department, you will be responsible for managing electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage electronic medical records, including Release of Information, Disability Forms, and reconciliation of dictation/transcription
  • Work under the direction of the HIS Supervisor and Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Develop and maintain strong computer skills, including experience with Windows and Microsoft Office products
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum two (2) years related experience in a healthcare setting required
  • Medical records experience preferred
