Penn State Health is seeking a highly skilled Health Information Management Senior Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Health Information Services department, you will be responsible for managing electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage electronic medical records, including Release of Information, Disability Forms, and reconciliation of dictation/transcription
  • Collaborate with the HIS Supervisor and Manager to ensure efficient and accurate record management
  • Develop and implement processes to improve record management and reduce deficiencies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum two (2) years related experience in a healthcare setting required
  • Medical records experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Windows and Microsoft Office products
