Job Summary

Foxit Software, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our customer success team to resolve complex issues related to Foxit PDF Editor and eSign products.
Work closely with our Level 2 team to troubleshoot difficult issues and provide timely resolutions to our customers.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including Foxit PDF Editor and eSign, to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise solutions to their problems.
Collaborate with our internal teams, including R&D, QA, and IS, to address critical issues and enhance our products.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 4+ years of high-level support experience in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 2+ years of high-level support experience in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in API workflows, SQL, and web standards like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with C++/C# programming and troubleshooting in Visual Studio.
Familiarity with server deployment tools, such as Intune, Ivanti, and SCCM.
Experience with troubleshooting in server environments, such as RDS and Citrix.
Certifications with Azure Services or equivalent industry certifications.
