Job Summary

Groupe SEB is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning and Control: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production employees to ensure smooth operation of the manufacturing process.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect products and materials to detect defects or malfunctions and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., manufacturing, engineering) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to analyze data and make informed decisions; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other manufacturing software.
