Job Summary

Groupe SEB is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning and Control: Develop and implement production schedules, monitor production progress, and make adjustments as needed to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production employees, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks, investigate and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent future defects.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and promote a culture of safety among production employees.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of inventory data.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and measure the impact on productivity and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., manufacturing, engineering, business) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct supervision experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in hot and cold rolling applications, metal bonding, and metallurgical processes a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office and other manufacturing software.
