Key Responsibilities:
  • Support community outreach and engagement initiatives to increase member traffic at our Community Resource Centers (CRCs)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community-based organizations, and government agencies
  • Provide information and resources to community members on healthcare programs, classes, and services offered at our CRCs
  • Assist with the planning and development of CRC services, programming, and vendor management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide customer service, social services support, care management, health education resources, and behavioral health services
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 6 months of community work experience focused on healthcare, public health, or health education
  • Experience with data entry and reporting processes
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in child development activities
  • Skills in data analysis and reporting
