Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and design marketing materials, including in-store signage, shelf tags, and window clings, to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with Category Managers and product vendors to create marketing materials that meet their needs and align with our brand image.
  • Work closely with the Brand Marketing Director to ensure a thorough understanding of our marketing goals and creative direction.
  • Develop and execute advertising plans to achieve company sales goals, including digital marketing campaigns and social media advertising strategies.
  • Conduct competitor research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure our marketing materials are competitive and effective.
  • Lead the development of our digital footprint and social media presence, including creating engaging content and executing social media advertising campaigns.
  • Partner with our vendors to ensure correct pricing and service levels for printed marketing materials.
  • Track and report marketing material budgets and ROI.
  • Provide administrative support to the VP Marketing & Merchandising as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Graphic Designer, Graphic Artist, or Marketing Specialist in a retail, restaurant, or consumer goods environment.
  • Proven experience in design and development of printed marketing materials, including in-store signage.
  • Strong skills in visual design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including developing creative content for online platforms and executing social media advertising strategies.
  • Proven proficiency in MS Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to large and small groups.
  • Experience in project management and ability to work independently with little direction.
