Office Coordinator

Mark Electronics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, managing calendars, preparing documents, and performing other administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls from current or potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar.
- Prepare and edit documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails and contracts.
- Proficiency in Accounts receivable, MS Word, MS Excel and MS outlook.
- Contribute to working as a team and also independently.
- Maintain an organized filing system and data entry.
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required, Associates degree or administrative training is preferred.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers, computers.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.
