Administrative Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:- Answering phone calls from current or potential clients.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Preparing and editing documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and contracts.
- Proficiency in Accounts receivable, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Maintaining an organized filing system and data entry.
- Developing, updating, and maintaining relevant office procedures.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree or administrative training is preferred.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position is necessary.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment, such as printers and computers, is essential.
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, are required.
- Highly organized individuals with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects will thrive in this role.
The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
