Lead Field Service Technician

As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial kitchen appliances, HVAC equipment, and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair complex commercial equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to provide effective service solutions for their equipment, including gas, electric, and steam systems.
  • Order and install replacement parts in customer equipment, coordinating with the parts department.
  • Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call duties.

Qualifications:
  • Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Driver's license with a driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
  • Two years of relevant experience, education, or military experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, including electronics, steam, gas, and refrigeration.
  • Refrigeration technicians must be EPA certified.
  • CFESA Certification is a plus but not required.
