Lead Field Service Technician

Are you a skilled and motivated technician looking for a stable career with a top-notch company? We're seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to join our team at General Parts Group. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial kitchen appliances, HVAC equipment, and refrigeration systems.
Responsibilities:- Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and repair complex commercial equipment issues.
- Collaborate with customers to provide effective service solutions for their equipment, including gas, electric, and steam systems.
- Order and install replacement parts in customer equipment, coordinating with the parts department.
- Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call duties.
- We provide a fully equipped service vehicle, gas card, tablet, cellphone, and company-supplied uniforms with paid laundry services.
- We offer a generous annual tool allowance and comprehensive initial and ongoing training, including CFESA Certification.

- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Driver's license with a driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
- Two years of relevant experience, education, or military experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, including electronics, steam, gas, and refrigeration.
- Refrigeration technicians must be EPA certified.
- CFESA Certification is a plus but not required.
