Field Specimen Processor - Part Time

Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a part-time Field Specimen Processor to join their Kennewick, WA team on a contract basis. This role is open to local candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and ship patient specimens efficiently and accurately
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients
  • Ensure compliance with company and HIPAA policies regarding patient information and billing processes
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in customer service and/or medical field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
Additional Details:

Compensation: $21.00/hr

Employment type: contract

24 hours weekly onsite, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
