Field Service Calibration Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Calibration Technician to join our team at Aldinger Co. in the Tri-Cities area of Washington.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for performing accurate and timely calibrations on a wide variety of equipment at customer sites. This includes balances, scales, pH meters, autoclaves, ovens/furnaces, refrigerators/freezers, moisture analyzers, temperature devices, refractometers, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, centrifuges, fume hoods, and spectrometers.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine and complex calibrations per company processes, instructions, and documentation.
- Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Maintain calibration records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support.
- Communicate with customers throughout the process and provide status updates.
- Must have experience with an Electronics background.
- Able to lift 50lbs.
- Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and prioritization skills with a keen eye for details.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Calibrations experience.
- Metrology experience.
- Experience working with Balances and Scales.
- Experience working with Manufacturer's Quality Systems.
- Familiarity and knowledge of ISO 17025.
- Knowledge of principles, procedures, methods, and techniques in metrology gained through education or professional experience.
- Knowledge and experience with Electrical, Physical, and/or Mechanical Calibration of equipment.
- Associate's Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or other Technical Fields.
- Technical Degree or Certificate.
- Military PMEL Training.
- Experience with IndySoft.
