Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Chapel Hill

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the HonorBridge Leadership Team. This role involves coordinating tasks, managing office operations, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to HonorBridge's mission by providing exceptional administrative support.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements, schedules meetings, and maintains calendars.
  • Provides clerical support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assists with event planning, including setup and coordination.
  • Supports the HonorBridge Safety Program by administering safety protocols and reporting incidents.
  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborates with the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalency, Associates Degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of secretarial/administrative assistant experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical and health industry terminology helpful.
  • Understanding of mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data, knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet applications, database programs.
  • Working skill and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Commitment to organ and tissue donation.

Work Environment:

Normal office environment, occasional automobile travel within service area.

Physical Requirements:
