Key Responsibilities
  • Serves as the regional Personnel Accountability Program Manager (PAPM) for the Army Disaster Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (ADPAAS)
  • Knowledge of a wide range of military HRM concepts, laws, policies, practices, analytical, and diagnostic methods and techniques
  • Provides recommendations to determine areas of regulatory and procedural deficiencies
  • Coordinates military personnel programs, prepares officer and enlisted personnel actions, and researches military personnel guidelines and procedures
Requirements
  • One year of specialized experience in assisting with military personnel programs, reviewing personnel actions for accuracy and regulatory compliance, and preparing human resources documentation and correspondence
  • Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position
