Job Summary
At Sysco Northeast Rdc, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to support our business objectives. This role will work closely with the Human Resource Business Partner and leadership to implement local initiatives and execute regional and corporate programs. The successful candidate will create an environment that attracts, develops, and retains top talent to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with the Human Resource Business Partner to execute core HR processes, including performance management, talent management, total rewards, compensation, training and development, and interactive return-to-work processes.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and associates on HR-related matters, such as policy and procedure.
• Collaborate with leaders and Centers of Excellence to support recruitment and staffing plans.
• Work with the Human Resource Business Partner to foster an inclusive and diverse culture.
• Develop and implement programs to enhance associate engagement and satisfaction levels.
• Manage employee and labor relations, including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies and procedures.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Human Resources management, with 3 years in a supervisory role or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferred.
• Experience with systems such as SAP or Workday is a plus.

Working Conditions
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
• Frequently sit and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to do limited travel to Sysco facilities or operating companies.
• Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor climates and driving conditions.
