Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to pet owners, both in person and via phone, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.
- Manage appointment scheduling, maintain accurate records, and handle invoicing and payment estimates.
- Respond empathetically to clients during challenging and emotional situations.
- Educate clients about wellness plans, pet nutrition, and products available in the practice.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including end-of-day reports and financial deposits.
- Perform data entry tasks, including client questionnaires and referral documentation.
- Admit patients by ensuring accurate weight and up-to-date information is recorded.
