Then AVH is the right place for youWe are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team full-timePosition SummaryArnold Veterinary Hospital is looking to hire a Client Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position. Compensation for this role is a $16-$20/hour based on experience with opportunities for overtime. Responsibilities and duties:Customer service functions, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.Scheduling and confirming appointments.Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.And other duties as assignedRequirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in Veterinary Field is requiredExperience with Cornerstone a PLUSAbility to work at least 1 weekend day and nightsExcellent Communication and Multi-tasking skills are needed for our busy hospitalDisplays the highest degree of professionalism at all times with customers and co-workersDemonstrate proficiency in computer skillsMust be organized and detail-oriented to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all transactionsCapable of staying calm and exercising sound judgement in challenging situationsPresent a neat, well-groomed appearanceHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentAbility to lift and or carry up to 50 lbs. frequentlyAbility to walk, stand, and bend for sustained periodsAbility to use hand and arms to handle and position animals, materials, equipment Generous Benefits Package for Full-Time Employees:Scrub Allowance: Eligible on 1st dayPaid Time Off: 40 hours first year (accrued, PTO is a combination of sick/MD safe sick leave and vacation time)Paid Holidays: 6 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days)Health Insurance: (medical, dental, vision): Single and Family, 1st of the month after 60 days of employmentSupplemental Insurance:(e.g. life insurance, critical illness, etc.): 1st of the month after 60 days of employment401k: 1st of the month following hire date (21 or older), match after 1 yearOther Benefits: Continuing Education, Training Opportunities, RVT/LVT Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Referral Bonus Program, Wellness Resources, Employee Pet DiscountIf you are ready to join a dedicated team that is making a positive impact in the community, we want to hear from you Together, let's make every visit to our practice a positive and memorable experience for our clients and their beloved pets Apply today.Salary Description $16.00-$20.00
