Emergency Room Nurse

At CoreMedical Group, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Room department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Room, including assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in emergency nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment by promoting a culture of safety, quality, and patient-centered care.
- 1 year of experience as an ER RN in an acute care hospital.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and 12-hour shifts.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- $15,000 sign-on bonus.
