RN Emergency Room Nurse

We are a 10-bed general emergency department dedicated to providing high-quality care to the Nogales, AZ, and surrounding communities. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities- Implements and monitors patient care plans, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate, providing timely updates to the healthcare team.
- Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
- Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders, prioritizing patient needs and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure a smooth transition to post-acute care.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license, with the ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
- 1 year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting, preferably in an Emergency, Critical Care, Telemetry RN, or MSO RN role.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS & CPI certifications, with the ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, with continuing education requirements as defined within the CARE program.
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
