Emergency Department OverviewOur 10-bed general emergency department is dedicated to serving the Nogales, AZ, and surrounding communities. We are committed to providing timely and effective care to our patients, and our team is passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As an RN in our ER, you will provide direct patient care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days. Additionally, you will need to have 1 year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting, preferably in an Emergency, Critical Care, Telemetry RN, or MSO RN role. BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI certifications are also required.
