We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Vodastra Hospital in Nogales, Arizona. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Provide education to patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license.
- 1 year of professional nursing experience in an acute care setting, preferably in Emergency, Critical Care, Telemetry RN, or MSO RN role.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS & CPI certifications within 90 days.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
