- Maintain and nurture relationships with consultants to enhance industry insights and generate referrals.
- Sales Career Path Available: Develop and execute strategies to gather account intelligence and foster business growth with both new and existing clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and relevant industry knowledge to consultants and clients alike.
- Generate sales leads, conduct cold calls to prospective clients, and arrange client meetings.
- Gain a thorough understanding of client business and IT initiatives, along with their specific technical and cultural environments, to facilitate proactive workforce planning.
- Prepare and present effective proposals to clients, while mentoring and developing assigned recruiters to efficiently manage their pipelines, activities, and objectives.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields, OR military experience, OR 2-4 years of professional experience in Recruiting, Sales, Customer Service, or Management (management experience preferred but not required).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Team-oriented and driven by goals.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
- No prior IT knowledge is necessary; TEKsystems offers comprehensive training to familiarize individuals with industry terminology, job functions, and best practices.
Compensation and Benefits: Employees will receive a competitive base salary of $60K plus commission during the training period, along with an outstanding benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and vacation/holiday pay.
