Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields, OR military experience, OR 2-4 years of professional experience in Recruiting, Sales, Customer Service, or Management (management experience preferred but not required).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented and driven by goals.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • No prior IT knowledge is necessary; TEKsystems offers comprehensive training to familiarize individuals with industry terminology, job functions, and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits: Employees will receive a competitive base salary of $60K plus commission during the training period, along with an outstanding benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan, and vacation/holiday pay.
