Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance experience, with a focus on process improvement and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year or greater of previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • One year or greater of Quality Assurance/Inspection experience.
  • Verbatim written procedure compliance experience.
  • Familiarity with basic electronic test equipment.
