Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on quality assurance processes and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of quality assurance experience, with a focus on process improvement and compliance.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- One year or greater of previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- One year or greater of Quality Assurance/Inspection experience.
- Verbatim written procedure compliance experience.
- Familiarity with basic electronic test equipment.
