About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Advice Call Center Professional to join our team at Providence Medical Foundation. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage incoming calls and assess patient needs to provide appropriate healthcare options
  • Facilitate referrals to primary providers, healthcare facilities, and community resources
  • Provide education to patients on immediate healthcare advice, possible health-related risks, and wellness/prevention behaviors
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • California Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
  • Case management or acute care experience in a healthcare setting
  • 2 years of acute or ambulatory nursing experience
