Position Overview

Under the supervision of the Supervisor/Manager, this role is tasked with managing incoming inquiries, evaluating patient needs, and delivering suitable healthcare solutions. This includes facilitating referrals to primary care providers, healthcare facilities, and community resources. Additionally, the position involves educating callers on immediate healthcare advice, potential health risks, and wellness and prevention strategies.

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Experience in case management or acute care within a healthcare environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years in acute or ambulatory nursing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related discipline.
  • 2 years of experience in case management or acute care.
  • 7 years of experience in acute or ambulatory nursing.
