Nurse Advice Call Center Professional

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Advice Call Center Professional to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to patients over the phone, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities- Triage incoming calls and assess patient needs
- Provide healthcare options and facilitate referrals to primary providers, healthcare facilities, and community resources
- Offer education and guidance on immediate healthcare advice, potential health risks, and wellness/prevention behaviors
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- California Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
- Case management or acute care experience in a healthcare setting
- 2 years of acute or ambulatory nursing experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- 2 years of case management or acute care experience in a healthcare setting
- 7 years of acute or ambulatory nursing experience
