Under the guidance of the Supervisor/Manager, this role is pivotal in managing incoming inquiries, evaluating patient needs, and offering suitable healthcare alternatives. This includes facilitating referrals to primary care providers, healthcare facilities, and community resources. Furthermore, the position entails educating callers on immediate healthcare guidance, potential health risks, and wellness/prevention strategies.

Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Possession of a California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Experience in case management or acute care within a healthcare environment.
- A minimum of 2 years in acute or ambulatory nursing practice.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related discipline.
- 2 years of experience in case management or acute care.
- 7 years of experience in acute or ambulatory nursing.
