We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advocate for patients and families, utilizing the nursing process to provide holistic care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices and professional scope of practice standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize patient care and manage complex situations effectively.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred. Prior related nursing experience is also highly valued.
Licensure and Certification:
- Licensed in the State of Vermont.
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
- Unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) per specific department operational framework.
Pay Range: $34.52 - $58.40
