Job Summary:

Cold Stone Creamery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our store by leading and developing our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and coach employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure they are meeting expectations.
  • Hold team members accountable for their performance and provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Ensure that team members are providing fast and friendly service to customers, and that the store is meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Staff and schedule team members to ensure adequate coverage and to control labor costs.
  • Ensure that cash handling and inventory procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure that the store has the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
