Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of servers and hosts/hostesses to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide exceptional guest service, responding promptly to guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Manage the front of house operations, including seating, expediting, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages with food
  • High school graduate, some college
  • Previous supervisor experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Food Handler Card
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even in a stressful environment
