Achieve Meaningful Outcomes


To fulfill our vision, we are on the lookout for a
Senior Manager or Director of Human Resources Operations with
4-6+ years of experience in HR, operational strategy, or consulting roles.

Experience in charter schools is highly desirable. This position reports to the Director of Operational Strategy, Network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership for all facets of human resources operations, including payroll, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, performance management, and crisis management related to personnel.
  • Lead a dedicated team of HR associates/managers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high standards of excellence.
  • Collaborate with various departments across the network to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures, equipping School Leaders with necessary resources for successful team management.
  • Identify organizational improvement opportunities and leverage data and best practices to devise innovative solutions that consistently exceed expectations.
  • Develop scalable systems for HR operations as we aim to expand our workforce to over 1,000 staff members in the coming years.
  • Document HR processes, manage resources, and create training programs for Zeta staff.
  • Adapt to various roles within a dynamic team environment, supporting colleagues and embracing new projects as needed.
