Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Work Coordinator to join our team at Social Service Staffing & Recruiting, Inc. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of services to individuals with developmental disabilities, developing and implementing individualized service plans, and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with service providers to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of service plans, making adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families, promoting independence and self-advocacy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
