Family Support Coordinator

Children's Learning Centers of Fairfield County (CLC) is seeking a Family Support Coordinator to join its comprehensive family services program. This innovative education and care provider serves young children, birth through age five, while also offering support for their families.
The ideal candidate will have two years of related work experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Social Work. Bilingualism is highly preferred.
This role involves family engagement, referrals for identified services, recruitment and enrollment of families, managing a caseload, collaborating with outside agencies, and partnering with education staff.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes health and dental insurance, generous sick/vacation/personal time, 401K, life insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
