Descripción del puesto:

Schneider está en búsqueda de un Coordinador de Adquisición de Talento en Green Bay para establecer contacto inicial con candidatos a conductores a través de la atención de llamadas telefónicas, realización de llamadas salientes y envío de mensajes de texto y en línea. El Coordinador de Adquisición de Talento también responderá a las preguntas de los candidatos sobre las oportunidades laborales de conducción y se asegurará de que cumplan con los requisitos antes de programar entrevistas con los Reclutadores de Conductores.

Responsabilidades:
  • Atender llamadas telefónicas entrantes, mensajes de chat y mensajes de texto de candidatos a conductores.
  • Realizar seguimientos con los solicitantes cuando sea necesario.
  • Revisar las solicitudes de los candidatos en busca de factores descalificantes.
  • Filtrar candidatos y responder a las preguntas que tengan sobre el puesto de conducción al que postularon.
  • Revisar el puesto al que el candidato postuló y discutir otras oportunidades si el candidato no es adecuado.
  • Tomar decisiones de contratación basadas en las calificaciones de los candidatos.
Habilidades y calificaciones:
  • Título de asociado en administración de empresas, recursos humanos, ventas o campo relacionado.
  • 1-2 años de experiencia laboral profesional.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Excelentes habilidades de toma de decisiones y resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico.
