Job Summary: We're looking for a Strategic Talent Leader to drive our Human Capital strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development. This role will oversee our entire talent management process, including recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a dynamic team that supports our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent, leveraging company resources to fulfill staffing requirements.
  • Talent Development: Lead performance management, provide coaching to leadership teams, and develop employee relations programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Benefits and Rewards: Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit and retirement programs to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing HC team, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
  • Broad knowledge and experience in labor relations, compensation and benefits administration, organizational planning, and employee relations.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
