We are in search of a dedicated and experienced professional who will play a crucial role in enhancing our revenue operations. The ideal candidate should hold Salesforce certification and have a robust background in dashboard creation, tech stack integration, and proficiency with collaboration tools such as Zoom.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Administration:
- Oversee and enhance the Salesforce CRM, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with organizational processes.
- Design and manage custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and user profiles.
- Create and sustain Salesforce dashboards and reports to deliver valuable insights to sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Examine revenue data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas needing improvement.
- Develop and maintain detailed dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all revenue-generating departments.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, emphasizing critical insights and recommendations.
Integration of Technology:
- Manage the integration of various tools and systems within the tech stack, ensuring smooth data flow and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges.
- Stay informed about the latest technologies and tools to enhance our tech stack.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement enhancements to streamline revenue operations.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for revenue-related processes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align and optimize workflows.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce and other tools within the tech stack.
- Create training materials and conduct workshops to ensure effective tool usage and adherence to best practices.
- Promptly troubleshoot and resolve user issues.
Collaboration Tools Management:
- Oversee and optimize the use of Zoom and other collaboration tools for virtual meetings, webinars, and internal communications.
- Ensure seamless integration of Zoom with other systems and tools.
Requirements:
- Salesforce Certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder).
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years in a revenue operations or a related role.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Salesforce, dashboard creation, data analysis, and tech stack integration. Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar is advantageous.
Tools:
- Experience with Zoom and other collaboration tools.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Collaboration:
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a SaaS or technology company.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools.
