Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist

Doubletree by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody is seeking a skilled hospitality sales professional to join our team. As a Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in increasing revenue by acting as a liaison between the sales team and the front desk. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guests have a wonderful stay while helping to find new customers and increase revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present prospective clients with sales presentations and other materials that promote event space, dining options, and facility features.
- Assist clients by acting as a point of contact and communicating with them by phone and email in response to their queries and requests.
- Plan and organize work schedules, file important documents, and communicate with stakeholders and hotel departments about sales-related information.
- Perform an initial pitch to a list of business and referral prospects based on your research and networking.
- Recognize opportunities to maximize revenue opportunities by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding guest satisfaction for the hotel group.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities.
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field is a plus.
- Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required.

Located off I-285, our hotel is two miles from Perimeter Mall and Dunwoody MARTA train station with access to downtown Atlanta. Oglethorpe University is a ten-minute drive from us. UPS Headquarters and Truist Park are 20 minutes away.
