We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Oak View Group. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while working in a fast-paced concession stand environment.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Handling: Conduct cash register sales by entering orders and completing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Maintain stock and supply levels, and communicate with the Concessions Stand Manager regarding low stock items.
- Customer Service: Listen and respond to customer requests or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work space, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes, and adhere to sanitation and health standards.
- Alcoholic Beverage Service: Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly and in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Age: Must be 18 or over.
- Experience: Three or more months of experience in the food service industry preferred.
- Cash Handling: Previous cash handling experience preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers, and guests.
