Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
  • Work closely with the Territory Sales Manager to set and achieve sales forecasts
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers
  • Proactively onboard and develop relationships with new customers
  • Qualify customer needs and assign tasks to Account Coordinators or complete personally
  • Accurately complete and review customer quotes and inquiries
  • Develop a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule to call and communicate with customer accounts
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Excellent prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Open to feedback and committed to continual growth
  • Technically-minded and a problem solver
  • Basic PC skills and experience with Google Apps
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
  • Ability to deal effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Experience making and executing an annual sales plan
  • Experience in an environment where Open-Book Management is used
