**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a passion for aerospace engineering to lead our engineering management team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing engineering management support for aircraft integration, qualification, and certification activities for the General Airframe Systems group, ensuring compliance with company safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the qualification and certification of General Airframe Systems, including Pitot, Windshield Wiper, Flotation, Oxygen, and De-Ice systems, by reviewing relevant documentation for compliance with applicable certification rules at equipment and aircraft levels.
  • Develop and implement technical documentation, including test plans, test reports, and analysis reports, to ensure cost targets and schedule adherence for design/development, upgrade, testing, qualification, and support of the AW609 certification.
  • Support the development of Systems Engineering competencies and overall team development and mentorship.
  • Provide support for production and troubleshooting activities.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering.
  • 10 years of experience in aerospace design organizations, with at least 5 years in a lead engineering position.
