NDI Engineering Company is a leading provider of cutting-edge solutions within the Department of Defense (DoD) sector. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead diverse DoD initiatives, particularly focusing on Navy engineering projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management for significant projects within government systems.
- At least five (5) years of experience in contract management, with a solid understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and project oversight.
- Familiarity with Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Surface Warfare Center, and Type Commander's Organizations is preferred.
- Proficiency in machinery control systems, data acquisition, shipboard instrumentation, and navigation.
- A proven history of success in aerospace and defense programs, particularly in Navy engineering.

- Oversee program execution while adhering to contract specifications.
- Manage financial, staffing, and contracting processes in accordance with Navy regulations.
