The Innovative Products team at SoftBank Robotics Europe is dedicated to establishing market pathways for new offerings and initiating horizontal growth for the organization. We create the marketplaces and use cases that yield value for both customers and the company. This team is an entrepreneurial, closely-knit group focused on formulating strategies to successfully launch new products and drive overall organizational growth.

Reporting to the Head of Go-To-Market Strategy at SoftBank Robotics Europe, the ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be adept at navigating a swiftly changing market to identify optimal routes for new product introductions. The individual will be detail-oriented, passionate, and a self-starter, collaborating with a dynamic team in a fast-paced, start-up-like atmosphere while managing several high-visibility projects. A strong sense of energy and curiosity is essential. You will be a quick learner and an exceptional communicator, understanding that achieving ambitious objectives requires collaborative effort and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the VP of Innovative Products to devise and implement comprehensive launch strategies for new robotics solutions.
  • Manage partnerships with OEM collaborators, ensuring alignment with organizational goals throughout the product development and launch phases.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, to facilitate successful product launches.
  • Develop and present external proposals to potential partners, clients, and stakeholders, effectively conveying the value proposition of our robotics offerings.
  • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting to guarantee timely achievement of project milestones and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to uncover industry trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Support joint venture initiatives, including field engagement to comprehend service industry business models and explore avenues for enhancement.
  • Act as a vital liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and priorities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, product management, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in consulting, technology, or a related field, with a proven success record.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Experience in the robotics or automation sector is preferred but not mandatory.
