Culligan Water of Northeast Kansas, a leader in water treatment since 1936, is expanding its residential sales team. We are looking for direct sales representatives eager to join a growing, dynamic local company that offers the best equipment in the market. Our extensive customer base in the area presents limitless opportunities for growth.

No prior water treatment experience is required, although previous sales experience is advantageous. Candidates should be professional, self-motivated, and possess strong initiative. We will provide training on how to assist potential customers in identifying the services that best meet their needs. This role involves developing new client relationships and maintaining existing ones for direct residential sales and rentals of water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and whole house filtration systems. Candidates must also generate leads independently, adhere to company credit policies, and provide regular updates on lead generation activities to the sales manager.

Background checks and drug screenings are mandatory. Candidates must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customers' water quality and propose tailored solutions
  • Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships
  • Maintain effective communication with management, service teams, and customer service
  • Proactively seek and generate new business opportunities
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on sales activities
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Preferred three years of sales experience
  • Consistently maintain a polished and professional appearance
  • Strong customer service skills and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities
