Position Summary
We are currently seeking a passionate Retail Sales Consultant who will play a vital role in representing our products and services. This position offers a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus (subject to terms and exclusions).
Key Responsibilities
1. Actively engage with customers, showcasing product features and benefits to enhance their experience.
2. Prioritize customer needs by listening attentively and providing tailored solutions.
3. Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
4. Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions to ensure customers understand how to utilize our products and services effectively.
5. Perform various operational and administrative tasks as required.
6. Collaborate with customer care teams to address and resolve customer inquiries.
7. Maintain a professional demeanor while demonstrating sales excellence and integrity.
8. Adhere to all company policies and retail operational procedures.
9. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
10. Be flexible with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
Base Pay: $15.05
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.74

Education and Experience
High School Diploma / GED required.
2-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
