Xactly Corp is a leader in Intelligent Revenue Solutions, and we're seeking a talented Sales Professional to join our team. As an Account Executive, you'll be a key member of our fast-growing sales team, responsible for pioneering new business opportunities and working closely with customers to educate them about the power of inspiring performance.

As a Sales Professional at Xactly, you'll act as a product expert, identifying opportunities within net-new customers and conducting discovery, product demos, and building meaningful relationships with key decision makers. You'll be energetic, goal-minded, and extremely driven to succeed, with a passion for sales and a desire to make a real impact.

We're looking for a resourceful, motivated, and results-oriented sales professional who can help us set, drive, and execute on our revenue goals. You'll work closely with our Director of Sales to set priorities and make key strategic decisions within your target account list. You'll shape and influence every part of our commercial sales process to roll out a winning strategy that has a material impact.

As a Sales Professional at Xactly, you'll have immense growth potential and unlimited opportunities to prove your impact at a quickly growing company. You'll be part of a diverse mix of sales professionals, with a team that's committed to identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue.

Our Sales Professionals are results-oriented sales professionals with experience selling a premium ICM solution. They develop strong customer pipelines and successfully sell to decision makers across multiple functional departments and the C-Suite. They're referred to as trusted advisors and product experts.

We're seeking a Sales Professional who can confidently speak to the value of adopting an Intelligent Revenue Platform within their accounts. You'll become an expert in Xactly product offerings and partner cross-functionally throughout the organization. You'll have the opportunity to train, onboard, and motivate your peers, and consistently exceed your new business targets.
