Job Title: Guest Experience Host

At EAST Miami, we're seeking a charismatic Guest Experience Host to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Guest Experience team, you'll be responsible for creating authentic and memorable experiences for our guests that set us apart from other hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service at all times, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival to departure.
  • Register and escort all arrivals according to established procedure, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
  • Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery and seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle all guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a hotel or serviced apartment setting, preferably with a graduate degree from a hotel school.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent command of both written and spoken English. Proficiency in a second language is a definite advantage.
  • Creative, presentable, and self-motivated with a fun and positive personality, able to adapt to different situations and take enjoyment from everyday being different.
