Job Title: SMB Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SMB Account Executive to join our team in the LATAM Market. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-based selling experiences to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B software sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Native Spanish language proficiency and good command of English
