Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Access Control Specialist to join our team at Outsource, a leading provider of low voltage and electrical talent. As a Security Systems Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and troubleshooting security devices in a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and terminate low voltage wire for security devices
  • Program and configure access control systems, CCTV cameras, and intrusion/burglar alarm systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on security equipment
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide solutions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in access control and security systems installation and maintenance
  • Working knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion/burglar alarm systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Certifications and/or experience with leading security systems manufacturers is a plus
