Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth research, documenting business requirements, and executing sophisticated data analysis. This role supports project management initiatives within the department and may assist in the execution of strategic plans and projects. Additionally, the Senior Analyst collaborates with leadership to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and business cases that align with departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with financial requests from various business units; collaborate with partners and suppliers to establish budgets for operational expenditures (OPEX) and cost of goods sold (COGS) based on anticipated activities.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of OPEX and COGS against the budget, identifying necessary reclassifications, variance explanations, and recommendations for mitigation; reconcile credit card statements bi-monthly.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to define business challenges, gather complete cost data, and provide financial insights for business cases, ensuring comprehensive cost consideration.
  • Evaluate trends related to costs and profit margins.
  • Maintain all documentation and processes associated with Experience cost management, including the rate card.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
